6. AI functionality
UsedCarScore may use structured vehicle data to generate AI-assisted guidance.
Users do not provide free-form text for AI analysis. AI requests are generated based on vehicle data that the user has already entered into the application.
AI requests may be processed by third-party AI providers such as OpenAI strictly for the purpose of generating responses requested by the user.
AI results are provided for informational purposes only. In some cases they may be incomplete or inaccurate. The user remains responsible for making final decisions and should consult a qualified professional when necessary.
7. Purchases and billing
All in-app purchases are processed through the Google Play Store billing system.
UsedCarScore does not collect or store payment card data. All payment information is processed by Google Play in accordance with its own privacy and payment policies.
8. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data with trusted partners only when necessary for the operation of the application, for example:
- hosting and infrastructure providers;
- email service providers;
- security and authentication services;
- Google Play infrastructure for purchase validation;
- AI providers (such as OpenAI) that process AI requests;

- vehicle and report data is retained until you delete it or your account is deleted;

Depending on the technical infrastructure used to operate the Services, your data may be processed in countries outside your own jurisdiction, including by third-party providers such as OpenAI.
