These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the UsedCarScore mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

UsedCarScore is a digital tool designed to help users organize vehicle data, evaluate the condition of used vehicles, and generate reports using structured analysis and AI-assisted guidance.

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, we recommend that you do not use the Service.

3. Description of the Service

UsedCarScore enables users to:

• enter vehicle data;
• perform a guided evaluation of vehicle condition;
• receive a numerical result ("Total Score");
• use AI assistance for additional analysis;
• generate reports.

The Service is intended as an informational tool and does not constitute a professional technical, legal, or expert evaluation of a vehicle.

4. User Account

Creating an account is required to use the Service.

The user is responsible for:

• keeping login credentials secure;
• the accuracy of the data they provide;
• all activities performed through their account.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts in case of misuse.

5. Permitted Use

The Service may be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following is prohibited:

• misuse of the system (e.g., attempts to breach security);
• automated or scripted use without permission;
• entering false or misleading data to manipulate results;
• using the Service for unlawful purposes.

7. AI Functionality

UsedCarScore uses AI technologies to generate advice and analysis.

Important:

• AI results are for informational purposes only;
• they may be incomplete or inaccurate;
• they do not constitute professional advice.

The user is solely responsible for making final decisions.

8. Data Accuracy

The results of the application depend on the data provided by the user.

UsedCarScore does not guarantee:

• the accuracy of the evaluation;
• the reliability of results in all situations;
• that the evaluation presented in the application reflects the actual condition of the vehicle in real-world conditions.

9. Purchases and Payments

In-app purchases (such as the PRO plan or AI credits):

• are processed through the Google Play Store system;
• are subject to Google’s policies;
• are not under the direct control of UsedCarScore.

UsedCarScore does not view, process, or store users’ payment card data.

10. Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion:

• within the application;
• via a dedicated account deletion web page.

After deletion, data is removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be:

• continuously available;
• error-free;
• completely secure at all times.

The Service may be modified, updated, or temporarily suspended.

12. Limitation of Liability

UsedCarScore is not responsible for:

• decisions made based on application results;
• financial losses;
• the condition of a vehicle purchased based on the application’s evaluation;
• indirect or consequential damages.

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Intellectual Property

All content of the Service (text, design, logos, code, and functionality) is the property of UsedCarScore.

The following is prohibited:

• use of any part of the Service, in original or modified form, without explicit permission from the Service owner.

14. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Changes take effect upon publication on the website.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, to the extent that such laws apply.
